also i wanted to ask everybody about whether its more benefecial sitting on floor or on bed?

Sitting on the floor feels a lot more natural to me.

@ Singh559 - Ever since that day I've never "released" when reciting Gurbani, as I know I'll remember my dear father and his choice words, and I'll either end up in fits of giggles or something a bit more sombre. :biggrin2:
