I am not surprised at this court verdict, a couple of days ago, I heard the High Court Judges have been paid a very high sum approx. 20 Crores each by Sajjan Kumar to acquit him ...

The interesting thing is -

Prof. Bhullar - innocent person in jail for 20 years, Hindustani court's decision without evidences is to hang till death.

Sajjan Kumar and others - culprits free for past 28 years, Hindustani court's decision with all evidences is now acquitt them from all the charges.

To be honest, the justice system in India was never likely to deliver justice to the Sikhs. Had the judge found him guilty he would have appealed and got bail and the case would have dragged on for more years until they found a judge who would do what the govt wanted him to do and acquit their man. The fact is that all the murderers of the Sikhs in 1984 acted on the orders of the Congress party and that party whether it is in power or not will do its up most to protect these murderers. This protection goes right to the top, Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan 'singh' are also part of the system that protects these murderers. Manmohan Singh gave these murderers ministerships in his govt. I hope that this case and the one of Bhai Davinderpal Singh Bhullar opens the eyes of those Sikhs who thought that we are equal citizens in India.

i think there is a secret deal done between the badal akalis and manmohan singhs sonia gandhi's congress to allow sajjan kumar and jagdish tytler to go free in allowance of memorial for operation blue star to go ahead unhindered and memorial for 1984 victims in delhi to be created. Also possibly no death sentences for Sikh political prisoners.

Thats my theory as badal hasnt reacted strongly nor has makkers sgpc they are as cool as cucumbers right now as if they knew what the result would be bunch of low life gadari sellouts.

If what you are saying is true, then the sad thing is that "Sikhs" had to choose between bringing to justice the evil men who murdered thousands of innocent people, raped thousands of women, and burned thousands of homes, or building a memorial in the name of those innocents who were killed in order to make their name amar in the future generations, to promise those widows and orphans that we have not forgotten their struggles, we have not forgotten the names of those who were mercilessly murdered.

What community has to choose between bringing their culprits to justice or being able to forever remember the victims?

And then some Sikhs still dare say that we are not gulaam in HINDUstan.

What you are saying could very well be correct. Both Punjab and Central gov might have made a deal. If they don't kill Prof Bhullar and allow bluestar memorial as it is then Punjab gov will not create a fuss about Sajjan Kumar. Sometimes these types of close door deals are done and no one even know about them.

There's a part of me that thinks its a good result.

Why?, because all the disillusioned Sikhs, who kid themselves and try kidding others to think that India never discriminated against Sikhs, and in fact it was the Sikhs own self doing that caused the 1984 attack and subsequent aftermath.

I hear dozens of futile arguments, when to came to the murders of Naujawans - i.e. they were terrorists, brain washed etc etc.

One thing we know, the 3000+ Delhi victims were ALL normal family people going about their lawful business.

A slap on the wrist sentence, 6 months in "prison" (on paper) would have been even worse.

Any other government would have sentenced a few leaders to life/death as a token gesture, just, if anything to keep international opinion muted.

India didnt even think that the Sikhs deserved that!

One thing this result makes startlingly clear, Sikhs are not welcome in India.
