What is more important is the ONE mouth we use to utter gurbani.

We utter it with the One tongue that God gave us, but we also slander, bad mouth, swear with that same tongue !!

Guruji is more concerned about the use of this tongue compared to the electronic device we carry.

Do you see what I'm getting at here ??

we are discussing other material that may be on the phone device that may be deemed unsuitable but we forget that the mouth and tongue we use to utter filth is also the same one for uttering gurbani.

SO, What should we be More Concerned about ??

The biggest beadbi is the one that comes from within our very selves, yet we worry about objects of maya that may be contributing to beadbi.

You said to ask maharaj,but then you just gave your own interpretation of what that pankti is saying. You took everything literally. In that case, in Guru Granth Sahib ji, Bhagat Dhanna ji asked waheguru for some things like grain, lentils, a cow, a horse to ride etc....so should we only ride in cars as a last resort? Should we be stuck in the olden times and just ride horses? I understand that Bani in written form is important,but why stop people from reading Bani,and making them feel guilty for reading Bani from a phone? So if you were at a beach, and had a sudden urge to read some Bani, and all you had was your phone, would you not read it? Would you make others feel guilty of reading Bani too ?
