He tells sangat to take Amrit, but then he does not follow the Rehat Maryada of a Amritdhari to have Kirpan as Kakkar. In presence of Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj he calls the sangat MY sangat................ what more beadbi can take place in Maharaj presence.

Baba Nand Singh ji did not wear a kirpan either. They both took amrit though. If you want to debate on a particular sant with others you can start a new thread. this thread is for people who are looking for an advanced soul to help them progress on this path.

One takes Khandey di pahul and does not wear kakkar in this case Siri Sahib.

He needs to learn to obey Guru's order of wearing Five K's if he has taken Khandey di pahul.

Leave aside high spiritual soul he is not even proper Gursikh.
