The problem is bigger that this. Sikh girls are uninterested in Sikh boys who follow rehat. There's no point in quoting exceptions to this. This is in general the sad truth.

Problem = ritualisation and imposition of Khalsa Rehat on ALL Sikhs by various certain jathabandhi's since 1920s which has lead disaster upon disaster for the Sikh kaum and desh.

solution = Promoting the growth of Sikhi spiritually for youths away from khalsa rehat so that they only want to be with those who follow Sikhi if they chose to follow khalsa rehat at a later date thats their choice.

I think the problem is westernisation. I don't know of a realistic solution. All solutions seem to come short of a resolution.
