I have some queries in my mind..

1. Can we listen to audio Nitnem in sleeping position?

2. Do we have to do ardas after audio nitnem ?

3.i know about rehraas sahib and Kirtan sohila time but what time for morning baani s like japuji sahib ?

4. Can we recite baani in mind or have to recite out loud ?

1. I think it would be disrespectful to listen to bani in sleeping position unless you have physical problem like paralysis.. When we listen or read bani, Guruji is present with us and listening to our bani... Lying down will make you fall asleep

2. Yes, Since Guruji is hazar nazar while you are listening or reading bani, you should do ardass to Guruji

3. Usually Amrit Vela which is after midnight and before sun rise.. This time is considered best as you can concentrate more on Waheguru.. It is time when almost everyone is asleep and there is minimum amount of noise...BUT if for some reason you cant do it at that time... try to do it AT LEAST before 9am

4. It depends on you... If you can concentrate fully while reciting in mind then you can do so... The important part is to focus on bani not how to recite it...
