Its a future plan way to label clean Sikh organizations as terrorist organizations (association by protecting terrorist individuals) when things start popping off and congress members are hiding in their caves. What better way to collect information on where Sikh organizations are heading by asking them in a open discussion.

Where are these organizations as Sikhs are tortured still today and Sikhs are dying in jail, with no record of them even in jail. They want to have an open discussion then go to india prisons and get the innocent Sikhs out of prison.

Sant ji was asked why so much violence and he answered back telling the person go ask congress who started it.

Except for sikhs for justice, other khalistani organizations are dummy and almost dead. THey include dr aulakh and sikh youth of america. They collected sikhs money and did nothing. Now they are freinds of missionaries who are creation of gOI agencies.

It's a trap? To find out the activists?

Yes , it seems like

This seems to be a clever plot thought out by their lawyers. This way IOC wants to identify those who respond to their offer or accept their offer to hold talks as the Khalistanis , per their admission, by accepting to hold talks. This would be their first step.

In the second step, in all likelihood, they would ask the Canadian Government to do what the Canadian Prime Minister Harper had said (as is quoted in their statement) that is “Prime Minister Stephan Harper on his last trip to India, assured the India Govt., no terror activity will be allowed from the Canadian Soil, especially from Anti-India Lobby and organizations with the belief of creating a Territory within the borders of Punjab, India”.

The ‘Sikhs for Justice’ is taking up only the cases to get justice and bring those Indian officers and politicians to justice. The SFJ (Siks for Justice) is only a ‘rights organization’ seeking Justice for Sikhs and punishment to those Indian officers and politicians who committed atrocities on Sikhs in India. However, Indian Government and its agencies are trying to present S4J as a Khalistani organization so that they can put pressure on US and Canadian governments to shut them off. There has already been a situation in which a well known Indian Human Rights lawyer Colin Gonsslves filed a petition in High/Supreme Court of India representing ‘Sikh for Justice’. The court responding to that petition chastised Mr. Gonsalves for taking up the case on behalf of Sikhs for Justice. The court rejected the petition saying that the petition is being filed by a foreign Khalistani entity which is working to break up India.

So it seems that within India the 'Sikhs for Justice' has already been marked as a Khalistani separatist entity (not as an international organization fighting for the justice for the Sikhs , that it is).

One can easily speculate now that the thrust of Indian Government and its agencies is to have SFJ marked as an ‘anti India separatist organization ‘ in USA and Canada as well.

In 1987 ,Surjit Singh Barnala , Sant Longowal and Balwant Singh of the Akalis went and signed an agreement with Rajiv that gave the Sikhs minor concessions and torpedoed the Sikh movement. Rajiv did not even honour that tiny agreement, but was able to show how power hungry Sikh politicians were to betray their own people. Barnala even facilitated Black Thunder for Rajiv and got a reward of being made Governor of Tamil Nadu. He seems to have got away from the criticism that Badal gets.

A few more comments on the statement issued by the Indian Overseas Congress.

General Secretary Sunil Malhotra, sends an Open Invitation, to Khalistan Affairs Council, Dashmesh Darbar, Sikhs For Justice, World Sikh Council, Canadian Sikh Council, to agree to IOC Invitation and then a date and Time can be arranged, for the meeting, to be held in Seattle, Washington. USA.

So, they have already named the organizations that they think should be declared / marked as Khalstani. So if any of these organizations now comes forward on the invitation to ‘Khalistanis' only, and, if these organizations accept they, in fact, would deem to be admitting to be ‘Khalistani ‘ separatist working to destabilize India and working against the integrity of India. The IOC would claim that in inviting them to the meeting the IOC was merely trying to convince these organizations to stop such activities and the US and Canadian governments should help IOC in this matter. However, another point that is not clear from the statement issued by the IOC is, what sort of authority do they have to conduct such talks, or is it their own brain child or GOI's?

.

IOC President Vikram Bajwa, agrees to hold theses talks, since the Freedom of Right of speech, cannot be violated in Canada or United States and if we sitting at a roundtable with Khalistanis, can improve the political thoughts which promote goodwill and integrity of India, were most willing to hold such a conference.

Here the president of IOC seems to be implying that they cannot stop people in USA and Canada from raising issues of torture and injustices to Sikh in India because of ‘Freedom of Speech Rights ‘, but they will try to stop you from doing that by marking you as working against the ‘integrity ‘ of India. I fail to see what authority do the have to hold such talks. It seems as if the IOC is behaving as an agent of Indian Government or is acting on behalf of Indian National Congress –I party to try to convince the SFJ to withdraw the case against the Indian National Congress-I Party and the IOC

.

It is high time somebody talks openly about our thoughts, said Harpal Sidhu, a Khalistani activist of Toronto.

There is one ‘Khalistani activist’ anxious to fall in their trap.

Even though there is a Registered Sikh Political Party in England, but none of the NRIs have contested any Election on the platform of Khalistan, let us burry this issue, where Pakistan does not encourage undercover operations in Punjab India, said Mohinder Singh, retired Police Officer of Punjab [/quote]

Really.!!

Did Mr. Mohinder Singh, the retired Police Officer of Punjab, really expect that NRIs would contest election for U.K Parliament on the issue of Khalistan? Or did he expect an NRI would be allowed to contest election in India on this issue? He needs to talk to Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann about how many road blocks are put in the ways of his party members even to have the nomination papers accepted.
