Guru Nindak From Shiv Sena Arrested

Jalandhar, Punjab ( June 23, 2013): It is learnt that Amit Sharma, an activist of Shiv Sena, who used derogatory words against Tenth Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, over social networking site Facebook has been booked by Jalandhar police under Section 295A of Indian Penal Code and Section 66A of Information Technology Act.

According to certain media sections Amit Sharma is Mohali District President of Shiv Sena. According to some media reports he is the same person who had attempted to assault/attack Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara in Chandigarh court complex.

It is further learnt that the Jalandhar police presented Amit Sharma before the court of Mandeep Kaur, ACJM from the back door on June 22, 2013. Police reportedly cited security reasons behind the back door entry.

Two lawyers Advocate Parminder Singh Vig and Advocate Gurmohan Singh, who represented the Sikhs in the court, urged court to send Amit Sharma on police remand so that police could investigate that from where Amit Sharma got the objectionable material that was posted on Facebook and who were his accomplice.

The police has reprotedly moved an application in the court to attach Section 153-A of IPC to the list of charges under investigation against Amit Sharma. The court reportedly sent him on police remand till June 24, 2013.

Notice that most of the anti-sikh pages often have the hand of extremely ugly unwashed hindu punjabi brahmin extremists.

Punjab's Shiv Sena are like the Arya Samajis of olden times. They are opposing Sikhs any chance they get. If Sikhs say it is night, the Shiv Sena will say "no, it is day". It's like they are opposing Sikhs just for the sake of it. If they really cared about national integrity and integration, they would reach out to the Sikhs and not make the same mistakes the Hindus of the 70s and early 80s made. If they continue their Anti Sikh behavior, they will re ignite an 80s like situation again.

He can't even look at the camera straight up and talk. He attacked Bhai Havara Jee while he was bound by hand cuffs. Shows what type of coward he is. Anyone can attack a caged lion, real bravery would have been had he faced a Singh who is not bound. Yet he still got slapped.

People like him do these types of foolish antics just so they can be noticed by the top leadership of the BJP or RSS and maybe they can reward him for his so called "bravery".
