I know this won't be a liked view but I will put it out there, most sikhs of most castes don't really go out on the whole caste thing that much only jatts are and the jatts aren't under any brahmincal say to practise it, jatts view themselves as superior to brahmins and brahmins lower to them. It seems to be a problem amongst the jatt grouping and a limited mindset others are starting to pick up the caste trend to safeguard themselves from jatt take overs of their gurdwaras.
