Hello

So I was raised as a Sikh...I'm male in my early 30's...and during my life I've come to my own conclusions about religion and spirituality....and I am no longer religious....but am very spiritual.....having come to that age when things like marriage become more of an issue.....having struggled to meet any Sikh girls thus far...with that spiritual side without being meshed into religion....I wondered if anyone here believed the are similar like minded people out there..or whether I should just stop looking.

I don't see myself settling down with someone who has opposing views as I do....so it would be nice to know if these people who are like me, do exist....I'm not asking for phone numbers of email addresses....just confirmation they do or don't exist....either way.... Thanks :)

[ModNote] This is approved because you clarified you do NOT want any personal contact information. Just to clarify to the rest of the Sangat, it is not allowed to ask or give personal contact information and this is not a dating/matching website. Keep it Sikhi related.

As clarified, this is not matrimonial site and question like this does not fit into this site

But I know many people who say that they are not religious but are spiritual...

So, the answer would be yes you can find many girls who will be spiritual but does not follow Sikhi like keeping hair etc....

Look into 3HO group of sikhi they somewhat got both (they do have religious appearance with more of spiritual slate) .. all though just heads up before hand they come with bit of hocus pocus baggage but that's the closest you will find what you looking for

Quite clear in SGGS Ji without a Guru you will not be saved in this dunia and the next. If you do not adhere to the scriptures of Sikhism then your soul is lost to wonder birth and death cycles until you are given the chance of being human again and coming in contact with sikhi.

There are many so called spiritual people who were born Sikhs never understood Sikhism so drank and drugged and wasted their lives away chasing sex and money only to later discover their great gamble and folly.

Never trade your Sikhi with other paths that do not offer your soul a way out of this life.

If you are spiritual then why do you judge people.

An enlightened soul knows that God is present in all.

Every step or move we make is due to Divine will.

So don't complicate things, go with basic male instinct or requirement.

couple of the above points are false, one poster above suggest only sikhi will get you out of this dunia (strange that we had muslim/hindu saints contribute to bani but you feel that you can dismiss their religion)

OP if you prefer to work on spirtuality than work on it, i myself am a sikh and if you read bani thats essentially what it says, your actions will be those of a sikh even if you dont think they are! Find whatever route works for your soul that makes sense to you never let another dictate the terms of your life!
