I know that a lot of you would like to hear lofty ideas like we should build hospitals, schools, medicine centers etc. But that is not going to increase our numbers. The best way to do parchar is through parchar. That is what Singhs in Madhya Pradesh are doing. They are not building hospitals or free medicine centers. Yet people are becoming Sikhs. Parchar, Parchar, Parchar that is the most important thing that is needed. All the money is going towards Parchar over there. We in the west can atleast help them financially if we cannot go there personally.

Many people like the idea of sending money to Lybia or Haiti or other countries and say this is parchar, yet not one person has become a Sikh through such endeavors in those countries. Humanitarian work without doing parchar will not increase Sikhi world wide. But doing parchar, building a local Sangat and then doing humanitarian work will bear fruit. People will probably attack me for having such views and say it is wrong, but brothers we need to get out of the PC bubble and see reality. Parchar is the most important task for a nationless people like the Sikhs to increase their population or else we will remain in small numbers like the Jews.

The 'Christian' menace is surely a greater menace to us than the Muslim. Whilst the muslim one comes in the form of individuals with a zeal, but little resources, to convert others, the Christian one is extremely organised and far reaching. Just to give you an example, there is a course that is run in a few Canadian Universities, especially Trinity Western University, specifically teaching its students how they should go about converting Sikhs to Christianity. Universities teaching a degree in how to convert sikhs !!!! :wow: Think about that for a moment.

I've had a look at the study modules for the course and it is truly frightening. Far far more frightening than what one lone muslim man in the high street can preach.

The modules state how the student will learn how to go inside the Gurdwara, be inquisitive and friendly with the Sikhs and generally give the impression that they are genuinely interested in Sikhism. The course modules actually state how the student must learn not to give the game away too early. It teaches how it is important to first gain the trust of the Sikh community and then, after trust has been gained, slowly start making statements about Jesus etc. Truly truly frightening.

If one were to read the Bible and then read Sikh scriptures (SGGSJ, Dasam Granth, writing of Bhai Gurdas Je, Bhai Nand Lal Jee) there is no comparison. Their God is an angry jealous and unforgiving God. They claim Jesus died for my sin when I wasnt even born 2000 yrs ago, so what sin did I commit? They claim to be a monotheistic religion yet they say God the father, Jesus and the Holy Ghost is all God, that is 3 Gods not one! while Bani starts off with Ik Oankaar. When a Christian missionary with a very serious face told me the story of adam and eve and Noah's ark I couldn't help my self from giggling.

A Sikh just needs to be well informed about Sikhi and have knowledge about other faiths too to know how lucky we are to be Sikhs. Christianity and Islam the two religions that have caused the most death and destruction in the world. Yet ardent practitioners of these two faiths always have a holier than thou attitude towards those not following their religion.

The easiest way to silence a Christian missionary (and I've tried this one) is to tell them about Sahib Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Jee Maharaj. Jesus died for our sins? When did Guru Sahib ever make a deal with the Kashmiri Pandits that I will save you only if you become Sikhs? All we need to tell them is the power of Guru Sahib's Amrit. A Kashmiri Pandit comes running from Amarnath all the way to Sri Anandpur Sahib with 500 followers after he got scared of the atrocities of a couple of hundred Mughal forces. 24 years later he turns into a Singh, and after another 5 years he stands with 39 others like himself in front of a million Mughal troops. THAT is the power of Guru Sahib's Amrit, THAT is the power of Guru Sahib's blessed Rehit. THAT is the power of Guru Sahib's Bani which REALLY turns sheeps into lions.

Tell them all that, and then with a smirk ask them "Do you have it in you?"

There are 10 gurudwaras in Fresno CA lots of good parchar but still all liquor stores in Fresno county are owned by Sikhs. Half of the gurudwaras are working for Anti sikh (missionaries). When pakistan becomes a peaceful tolerant country like a christian land say such as canada or america opening it's borders, allowing people to buy property, conduct business, practise their religious beliefs like they can in christian lands, actually seriously taking dhimmi kaffir police complaints and doing something about it then we will take you seriously. there is some love and humility in there somewhere but it usually disappears when people criticise others, when they are not prepared to do anything themselves.

Sikhs, youths especially have got to STOP looking at the next man to do something.

Dont look at those leaders who cant change themselves or the situation around them. Instead step into their shoes yourself. Whats stopping you?

yes bro, since you ask, we do have regular programs in our village, funded by our pendus who live abroad. and i do not bother with looking at what our leaders are doing, i just do the best i can.
