inter-religious marriages have no place in Gurdwaras. Simple as. If a Sikh wants to go against Gurmat and marry outside of Sikhi, thats their choice, something they have to live with. not our concern

Agreed..They should just go and get married in a register office. Anand karaj is only relevant where both the Bride and Groom are Sikh. Otherwise it is meaningless. Couples should Respect the rules and regulations of the faith instead of trying to enforce their own corrupt views out of ego to save face in the community or keep their families happy.

Very simple, can non-muslims get married in a mosque without converting to Islam ? Can non-christians get married in a church ? The answer is NO.

The Gurdwara management commitees are also guilty of facailiting these sham marriages purely for financial benefit. Even though they are in violation of Sikh Rehit maryada, against akal takhts hukamnama and in contradiction to Guru Gobind Singh Ji's 52 Hukums.
