Try taking classes online. There is a website called Punjabi Hindi Online.

They teach you Punjabi online. It worked in my case, so it should work for you as well. I tried a few other websites earlier like www.verbalplanet.com and www.rocketlanguages.com, but www.punjabihindionline.com worked the best in my case.
