Best age to do bhagti is from 30-50. All though, disease can hit anytime, but generally after 50, this sareer gets full of rogs (diseases) and knee problems... so after 50 if one has done bhagti before its easier as by maharaj kirpa in 20 years of bhagti one can get to good high avastha of ajaapa jap, atam conteplation where one does not have to sit in asan, its goes in auto pilot..vahiguroo just by thinking about it..its feels good.

I disagree the best age is from when you are small as you have no chance of doing big paap just bhul if you start early you can get a lot done before you get to an age where you can be tempted and won't feel the pull of maya so much by then because of you bandagi (think of Sant ji).
