Here is another example of sri guru gobind singh ji explaining/appreciating feminine divine beauty of vahiguroo..does that make him worshipper of divine mother? NOOO!!..Both right and left wing groups always blows things out of proportions.

Anyway here it is:

The Divine-Feminine by Guru Gobind Singh, the Tenth Master, the Lord of the Singhs:

She was illustrious, pure and like enlightning effulgence; she was a glorious fairy.313.

She was glorious like the moon and the sun; she was supremely immaculate and radiant.314,

She was a Naga-girl and the destroyer of all sufferings; she was mercurial and glorious.315.

She was Sarasvati-incarnate, destroyer of anger, having long hair; she was like the flash of lighning.316.

She was a Kshatriya woman, a canopied queen and a glorious and beautiful damsel like the canopy.317.

Her doe-like eyes worked like arrows and she was pretty like the radiance of lotus or the moonbeams.318.

She was a Gandharva woman or a Vidyadhar girl or the spring like lady or a beloved of all the people.319.

Clear distinction needs to be understood between expressing, appreciating, glorifying, beautifying divine in various different forms of shakti and worshiping it

Fanatic sargun lovers, start worshiping the creation- wrapping their head around it and ended up turning them to road block/hindrance in their spirituality by becoming baut poojaks.

Fanatic nirgun lovers start demonizing concept of creator within its creation/having christian type of thinking towards one god- missing the whole point or higher reality sabh gobind hai sabh gobind hai, jale hari thale hari, zeeman zaaman ek jot hai, ek ongkar (non dual ) sarab vyapk by turning nirgun into christian/abhramic version of God.

Gurmat does not cater neither of them, gurmat is sargun-nirgun path as together (Ikongkar), sargun upasakhs who have issue with nirgun-gyan should join hare rama hare krishna group (right wing hindu sargun group) and nirgun upasakhs (right wing neo tat khalsa singh sabha type) who have issue with sargun aspects in sikh dharma, should join next Christianity/anglican/jevoh witeness type movement...!!!

Adh shakti is akal purakkh's wife ( please update me if i am wrong on this)

can you or anyone else explain why Akaal Purakh would need a wife , when in Gurbani we a constantly told he has no mother, father, sons, caste he is without kaam the five vices do not affect him etc etc, so why would he need a wife ?, i have heard a very well known parcharak (s) say this too and have never understood and thought why ? so can anyone explain and help me understand.

True it can be confusing when right terms are not used or explained further.

Vahiguroo in nirgun roop/non-transcedental form,- unfathomable, unattainable, unknowning does not have mother, father, son, wife etc

But when vahiguroo (nirgun roop) immanent/transcedents in (Sarguna and shud satogun) aspect via shabad, its immanets through sarguna, various glorious forms of shakti. One of main forms of shakti is adi (primal) shakti.

Without adi shakti (form of sargun/shabad), nirgun(sada-siv) is in deep non transcedental state only cannot be explained at all but just realized being in the same state and without nirgun- consciousness, adi shakti-sarguna is just matter with no life.

So both is needed, hence shiv-shakti just like nirgun-sargun are part of each other cannot be separated.

For eg for sikhs - symbolically sri guru granth sahib ji is known as bhagti- sada siv (Akaal purkh) and sri dasam guru granth sahib ji is known as shakti.

Bhakti-shakti/shiv-shakti/adi-shakti are all aspects of nirgun paratma cannot be seperated.

Normally, people confine limit concept of shiv-shakti to deity only but this is way beyond them.

Sikhs only believe in ikongkar sargun nirgun as one ikongkar.

However, we worship that one vahiguroo/ikongkar *through* not confined to but through- sarguna aspects of vahiguroo-our satguru such as sri guru granth sahib, shabad, dhyaan, kirtan, seva of humanity, seva of guru maharaj -bhakti-shakti aspect- in both bhakti- sri guru granth sahib ji and shakti- sri dasam guru granth, shastar pooja-bhaugti.

After going through(devotion/prem/pyaar) sargun aspects- shabad , one get gurparsad- grace of naam- ultimate truth/reality and realize its own self -sada shiv/vahiguroo which is all pervading in all. One gets bhramgyan and after bhramgyan, ones state cannot be explained fully. Guru maharaj beautifully explained unexplainable in gurbani without any limitation its mentioned beautifully in sukhmani sahib 21st asthpadi.

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
