I agree panth direly needs to set the record straight explained things in stages or set the possiblities within advance stages..thats why in old traditional sikhi things were explained in stages to people so there are no conflicts. With that being said generally speaking, person who is sitting at college diploma should not be given syallabus of phd to talk about as there are stages one goes through like we have normal school, jumping a head its very very dangerous slippery slope and quite sharp double edge sword one fall right into breaking all the structures/maryada, their jevan goes in downwards spiral, and thats how missionaries are born. They are morally and spiritually bankrupt yet they want to break a structure/maryada and jump the que and go right ahead right into stuff which applies in phd, we tried explaining them all this, they don't want to listen as if we are talking to them to two different wave lengths....we just couldn't connect to them for discussion.

about Gurus and were belittling teachings of Gurus, saying why Guru Harkrishan sahib, a small child, was given Gurgaddi instead of Guru Teg Bahadar ji.As per them Guru Harkrishan sahib was a small kid.When reference about Guru Harkrishan came , Hardev shergill said in English " Who was this krishna.I am surprised how he was given Gurgaddi.He was just like a baby".For them Guru Gobind singh was also a boy who got gurgaddi at age 9.In this meeting shergill, in presence of 50 persons,said that there is no need for a sikh to have hair.The time is past for such a need and he misquoted Bhagat Kabir saying Bhave lambe kes kar bhave gharar munaye ( Have long hair or have shaven ones.)

Anyway since your belief creates your reality by GOD's design of universe. These paid missionary clowns and their followers will keep dividing, since they only focus on creating doubt and confusion in sangat. One must have utmost belief in word of Satguru who intern is manifestation of Whaeguru and our true inner self. Emotto a Japanese scientist had done water crystal experiments in which water exposed to prayer, good intentions, heavy metal music etc and showed that water crystal formation changes from beautiful to ugly based on the vibrations it receives. I remember once a taksali kathavachik at our gurdwara in Manteca proclaimed to sangat bout how sant bhindranwale did panj banis in evening AGAIN 

When asked why, he explained that he was making up for amritvelas he missed as an infant and child and is paying interest for rest of his life
