So, it is a disrespect of Hukamnama from Sri Akal Takht Sahib as it is signed by 5 Singh Sahibans?

It is definitely badal who wanted Akal takht sahib to issue the hukamnama and that is what happened. I am not sure if lack of 3 other takht jatehdar's signatures on the document is the sign of majority of Singh sahiban disagreed with the hukam? If jail department can't release singhs because of lack of some DC's sign then why short cut for our supreme religious authority to issue hukam without sigs of majority of jathedars.

However this Hukam is signed by the puppet Jathedar that got Bhai Gurbakhish Singh ji treated like a rag doll by police officers who were drunk and thrown in jail. They entered in darbar in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji while drunk.

If you want to say this Hukam was issued from Sri Akal Takht Sahib, then the Hukam to mistreat Bhai Sahib and do beadbi of Guru ji was also issued by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, but just not on paper. The Jathedar is misusing Sri Akal Takht Sahib. This Hukam telling Bhai Sahib to stop his hunger strike has not been issued by Sri Akal Takht Sahib. The Jathedar lost his right to issue any Hukams on behalf of Sri Akal Takht Sahib on this matter on the day he got Bhai Sahib thrown around like a rag doll.

Agreed. Giani Gurbachan Singh himself has no credibility but that's how the institution works. One Singh cannot go against the 'official' hukam from Sri Akaal Takhat Sahib... Unfortunately, at the moment, there is not much we can do other than accepting.....

It's not an Akal takt sahib hukamnamma. It isn't associated with anything to do with Akaaal other than the letterhead.

It's time to wake up to the reality of the situation. How long are people going to be held captive by a defunct organization that has zero sanctity left?
