Maybe Lohri (originally a hindu festival but marks Punjabi culture and celebrates the winter solstice as does Christmas)

Well, Christmas is celebrated by Christians as the birth of Jesus, the founder of their faith. I guess you could say the equivalent is the Gurpurabs, the birthdays of the Gurus, the founders of Sikhi (although Jesus is portrayed by Christians as the physical son of God through a virgin mother, whereas we don't believe that about the Gurus).

If Christmas is the most important celebration of Christianity

Then for Sikhs it would be Vaisakhi the formation of the Khalsa and maybe after that the birth of Guru Nanak (avtar purbh)

We should call Guru Nanak Dev Ji's Avtar Purab, Nankana Day. Then get Nankana day cards sent to everyone.
