Why has country of jamaica with 2 million people have more athletic success then 2 billion south asians

Because like other Indians abroad Sikhs are more into higher education than sports or music. It's probably not a bad thing, after all how many ppl make it as a professional athlete?

Black people are under represented in the office environment.

Being good at sports is good for any community's self esteem. Look how India is embarrassed every 4 years at the Olympics and compare that with China.
