Question Regarding Amrit Sanchar.

Who put the Patases in Amrit bataa, was it Mata Jeeto Ji or Mata Sahib Kaur ji?

I recently heard the dhadhi jathas' vaar at the Gurdwara that gave the description of the first Amrit Sanchar by Guru Gobind Singh ji, the dhadis mention how Mata Jeeto ji was the one who put patases or sugar candy in the Amrit da Baata. I've always read and believed it was Mata Sahib Kaur ji and that's the reason we call her Khalse Di Mata. When I spoke to the dhadis about it they said I must've reading it wrong, since they've always read it was Mata Jeeto ji.

Please if anyone could share about it, I would really appreciate it.

It was Mata Jeeto Jee. This is common misconception. Mata Sahib Kaur Jee came to Guru jee after the Khalsa was created so this was not possible.

I heard it was Mata Sahib Kaur Ji because Guru Sahib was unmarried at the time of Amrit Sanchar?? Can someone please clarify??? Im confused on this

Guru Sahib was married around that time for sure, I don't think he ever married Mata Sahib Kaur ji

I read it in Mahan Kosh, according to Baba Nihal Singh that the whole thing with Mata Sahib Kaur/Jeeto ji putting patases in 1699 of Amrit sanchaar is fiction.. the practice started after Mata Sundar Kaur sent Hukamnama to Bhai Mani Singh to start the practice of doing such.
