I want to know which great Gurmukhs of Sikh panth did jaap of Sikh Gayatri Mantar.

Together with (Guru Granth Sahib ji)

As I was studying at Baru Sahib, we were told to recite this along with mool mantar (til Nanak hosi bhi Sach) and Chaupai Sahib (Kabyo bach benti) apart from the 7 banis nitnem (5 in the morning, Rehras in the evening + Kirtan Sohila before sleep) .

Does any body knowvwhst has been told about Gaystri in gurbani? Comparing any gurbani shabad with gayatri ,only some one from brahmanvad can think of.Waheguru ji bakhshish karan te sanu sabh nu sumat den.Apne pov de lai mahapurshan de na nal te na khedo

Why are we terming Guru Granth Sahib Shabad's and Dasam Granth Baani paath "Jaap Sahib" as SIKH GAYATRI MANTRA? I have heard this name Sikh Gayatri Mantra for the first time, Mahapursh will be doing all this Paath, but I never heard them calling it SIKH GAYATRI MANTRA.

Tomorrow, we will say how to do SIKH JAGRATA, SIKH CHOWKI etc. etc.
