scali
Param Satya in budhism is pretty close to what we call akaal soul is different layers of mana that we can realize through Vipassana - the technique budha used to reach enlightenment Done the 10 day vipassana course anapana, body sensations . Mr. Goenka the main teacher is anti mantra and tells people that this is the only way, some superiorty complex he has. Quotes japji bani without mention of Guru Nanak. Vipassana is ok to calm the mind thats all. Only good thing is the no talking 9 day session I think sikhs should have disciplined camps like that. Most participants I met were full of ego. They just want to claim that there is the only right Buddhist way.
