But to answer the original question - I checked the ingredients and they don't have meat/eggs, but I'm not sure about animal by products.

I personally prefer rice sticks that can easily be fried into

chow mein. There's other vermicelli stuff that have like 3 "materials" in them you can read on the back to make sure they have no eggs but beware 80% of noodles I think do have eggs

indian food products have a green dot if they are vegetarian. I believe maggi noodles has green dot on the packet.

Don't forget, Amritdharis are NOT vegetarians. For example vegetarians, by definition, eat fish, thus many products that have a 'vegetarian' label on them are not actually suitable for Amritdharis. Amritdharis are somewhere between vegetarians and vegans.

I will never understand why fish is vegetarian. Is a breathing, swimming fish not alive? lol

Another good reason why the Sikhs need to seperate themselves from India.

India loves using English words but doesn't understand the actual English definitions.

And sometimes, of course, it has such a low understanding of the laws of English grammar it even uses nonsensical words such as 'Britisher'.

No, Amritdhari Sikhs need to stop describing themselves as 'vegetarian' because they are clearly not.

Idealy, they should recognise the extreme cruelty of the dairy industry and be vegan but if not, we need to come up with a new word that describes our dietary needs. At the moment we make ourselves look silly and amateurish if we don't even have a word for it. And clearly the right word is not vegetarian.
