Why No Coverage From Amnesty International, Un Human Rights, Human Rights Watch?

Recommended Posts

I thought Sikh organisations were planning huge publicity drive to highlight what happened in amristar at sri harmandir sahib in 1984. And to try and pressure the UK govt to release more classified secret documents in regards to its involvement and collusion in an act of state terrorism against Sikhs and Indian civilians.

All I see is coverage against China and tianamin square crackdown in 1989 yet hardly any chinese are speaking out against china in countries aboard or in china. Sikhs have been consistantly asking UN and western countries for help and support. Last year saw 30,000+ Sikhs come down to demonstrate in London in june against Indian govt and seek justice for 1984. Yet slience from UK govt, UN and western countries in general.

Where is that publicity drive? Where is that coverage from major newspapers, news media channels? and NGO's?

There are so many Sikhs working in professional bodies are they all asleep that is the 30th year anniversary and no coverage in the mainstream media so far?

It is indeed very disturbing to note there is no international media coverage of this genocide of Sikhs.

We should never expect much from Amnesty International. They are an organisation with beautifull roots but one which has become seriously tainted because of the plethora of Indian Hindus that hold high positions within it. Even the current secretary General of Amnesty is an Indian hindu. Even out of the 8 that make up the Global Council, 3 are Indian hindus.

The former head, up until recently, of Amnesty UK was an Indian hindu woman.

One of the former heads of Amnesty was another Indian Hindu woman who was a niece of Nehru. She's the one that set up the Southall Black Sisters around here. She was forced to resign by Amnesty.

Indians have the midas touch in reverse. Whatever they touch turns to tutti. Amnesty is seriously contaminated and discredited right now. It doesn't speak against India because it's directors love India.

It seems all the organisations that were ment to protect minorities and prevent genocides and stand up for victims have been infiltrated by the very corrupt evil people that it sought to bring to justice.

In this crazy world right now people like our Sikh community in order to get justice, freedom and our rights will be forced to side with Russia, China, North Korea and Iran because the West has sold its soul to the devil and the dark side by not helping its oppressed minorities and its friends and allies (ie the sikhs )

This comes to mind

I think I understand now... we are living in kalyug and sikhs are naturally good people the good people must struggle in this world and endure hardships while those who sell their souls to the dark-side get all they want in this life but doom themselves after this life is over.

Human rights organisations are a farce. Independent activists do make a difference, but when no political or universal body is willing to pay attention than why should H.R. organisations waste their time?

This might be controversial but Kofi Annan stood aside during the genocide in Rwanda despite knowing beforehand what was going to happen. The U.N. Military commander in Rwanda, Major-General Romeo Dellaire, provided hard intelligence of planned pogroms three months before they occurred. The same attitude has been adopted for Sikhs.
