Christians need to ask themselves what would jesus do? And jesus was violent and did attack things he didnt think was right in society. We can see example of this is what he did at king solomons temple when he saw his jewish priests that were money lending and charging interest on peoples misery thus defiling holy grounds with their rogue financial activities. He turned over their tables and beat them.

Similar things are going on within our Sikh organisations (like sgpc, akali dal) that is being held hostage and are being controlled by rogue and corrupt elements

Cool water veer ji, I know you didn't mean it that way but however your post can be misinterpreted and can further cloud our pure perception...I don't think its wise to compare christian problems with sikh problems, in fact anything that this uncovers further undeniable issues in community, and this fire back more miserably to make us look worst. Christian population- 1.2 billion, Sikh population- 27 million, its not proportional at all to compare.

Nevertheless, what other community does its not our concern as we are following gurmat sidhants not copy cating other communities and that comparison should not be used as some sort of excuse (if others went doomed, lets doom ourselves as well attitude) to allow stuff to happen in non sikh way for eg- using violence to resolve non violent political dispute.

If Shames me and every Sikh aound the world to think the seat of Akal Takht is powerless to stop such Beadbi in his own house?!!

Indeed im not excusing violent actions at sri harmandir sahib just saying when people do not have any avenue to remove corruption from their own institutions that were set up to look after the peoples needs then what other ways for redress do they have?

People are now sharing info on social media that those who started the confrontation were non-sikhs posing as sikhs in turbans, they saying polce removed their turbans and found they had hair cuts.... so maybe it was a government conspiracy to cause trouble there.

Who knows lets see what information comes out.
