Do Shehri(urbanites) people not do any crime, why target Pendus? go to India and see 90% of the Daughter in law burning incidents all happen in the houses of Shehri people.

But why even village or small town? don't urbanites from big urban centers like Ludhiana, Patiala, Jalandhar and Amritsar commit crimes against their daughter in laws? Next time you are in Punjab, open up the Ajit news paper and read for your self all the dowry related murders urban In-laws commit.

Furthuremore, female infanticide(abortion) is more common among the educated Urbanites than the rural folks. Who is more backward now?
