Your first question is simply wrong which is why I asked for evidence. Now you have changed your question. Giving Amrit by Guru is a way of initiating a disciple into Gurmat lifestyle. Charan Amrit was changed to Khanda Amrit and the right to prepare and administer it was given to Panj Pyare.
