I am being told that Baba Joginder Singh Ji is currently not in India, and Baba Prem Singh Ji has been elected as a dual Jathedar. Balbir's Budha-Dal is not a new phenomenon. It was formed in the '86 sarbatt Khalsa by the then head of the Budha-Dal Chalda Vaheer, Bhai Amrik Singh Jhaeru, in order to fight for an independent Sikh state; something Baba Santa Singh the then Jathedar was not willing to do.
