the rust-free variety of batey have something mixed in LOh or it just more refined ? would like to know before investing in set for home. When we were young Mum and Dad had both types, I know both can get rusty from the number of scrubbing sessions before programs at home.

then so does sarbloh , and it is a type of carbon steel

so cant we use normal steel , i think its equivalent to sarbloh ,
