Hi I was wondering what do Sikhs believe about words and the power of words?

Is there anything in Sikhism or your holy book that says that a person's or a Sikh's words have creative/magical/fatalistic power? Like if you say something's going to happen to you or someone, then it will happen?

For example, if you were to say, "I'm not going to pass that exam" or say something you were worried about happening, by you saying it, does it make it happen? Is there anything taught about that in Sikhism?

We are taught to keep ALL of our promises, if that's what you mean.

Yes, it is one of the ridhi-sidhis that follow Gursikhs around as they progress in their spirituality - Vaak Sidhi. This is not a Sikhi-exclusive - Hindus, yogis knew of this as well. It is described as a result of pursuing the path of truth - one becomes the embodiment of truth, so much so that the universe becomes bound to the words of that individual and whatever he/she says, the cosmos will bend to his/her word to make it true.

It is not a goal or a desired outcome - only the merging with the Almighty is the true goal. However, this, and many other such powers are at the beckoning of Gursikhs, and Vaak Sidhi occurs naturally to Gursikhs who have progressed.

You can adopt two perceptions on it. One is you say it and believe it which is most likely a psychological effect, otherwise you can take what might be called a spiritual perception i.e. one has become so attuned with the divine frequency that in correlation with the supreme being what you say does happen, but again there are different elements orbiting that as well.
