The videos are self explanatory. It details fraud played on sikhs by so called kala afghana lobby when slamming a flawed purewal calendar

on sikhs.

Some basic facts

Guru Gobind singh's birthday is mentioned in old historical texts as samvat so and so ,poh sudi saptami. It means in month of poh seventh day of waxing moon.

Purewal fixed it on Jan 5. No sane person having a little common sense will fix it once for all as it depends upon phases of moon.

Purewal calendar base year is 1999.Since unit of year in his calendar have changed, he needed to apply correcting factor for years between 1469 and 1999.

He did not do it.

How did his calendar became Nanakshahi calendar when its base year is 1999? All fraud and lies of kala afghanis.

Missionaries are erroneously labeling Bikrami calendar as Hindu calendar and misleading sikhs by false propaganda. Bikrami calendar is of Iran origin.

[connection.ebscohost.com]

The article discusses the origin of the Hindu lunar calendar known as the Vikram Samvant. It references the book "Ancient Malwa and the Vikramaditya Tradition" by Dinesh Chandra Sircar. According to Sircar, the supposed founder of the calendar, Vikramaditya, may not have existed, and the calendar may be East Iranian in origin. Details on the Parthian ruler Vonones and his possible rule in disseminating the calendar are presented. Other topics include the Saka calendar of 78 AD, allegedly introduced by a ruler from Pratisthan named Salivahana.

Pakistan Govt introduced Gregorian calendar for official dates after 1947.Bikrami calendar is still followed there extensively even though they have hijri calendar for religious holidays.Below is from a writer from Dept of Anthropology University of N.Carolina,Durham

Authors write that people in paksitan have been following Bikrami calendar for centuries and still following to know season for agriculture purposes.

So missionaries should stop calling it a rss calendar.

It is a calendar of iran origin followed by Punjabis since centuries. India has different calendars for different regions.
[etheses.dur.ac.uk]

In this chapter, I describe three calendars and various methods of time reckoning in
Jhokwala. The lunisolar Bikrami calendar, locally known as the desi maheenay
(indigenous months), has been used in Jhokwala over centuries for managing agricultural
activities. After the advent of Islam in South Asia during the eighth century (Avari 2013:
17-36; Malik 2008: 49-63), the lunar Islamic Hijri calendar came into use by Muslims for
regulating Islamic religious activities. The use of the desi maheenay, however, continued
for agricultural purposes because the solar component of this calendar was helpful in
reckoning the seasonal cycles. Therefore, the desi maheenay are also a source of
indigenous knowledge about seasons and ecology. During the eighteenth century, the
British introduced the Gregorian calendar in the region but its use remained limited to
cities even until the 1960s. The government of Pakistan officially adopted the Gregorian
calendar in 1947. All the government offices now follow this calendar. The use of the
Gregorian calendar in Jhokwala increased gradually after an intensive contact with cities
and a gradual shift from a seasonal agricultural to market economy.

rig ved stated

"This earth is devoid of hands and legs, yet it moves ahead. All the objects over the earth also move with it. It moves around the sun.

Rig Veda 10.149.1
"The sun has tied Earth and other planets through attraction and moves them around itself as if a trainer moves newly trained Horses around itself Holding their reins."

Rig Veda 1.35.9
"The sun moves in its own Orbit but Holding earth and Other Heavenly bodies in a manner that they do not collide with each other through force of attraction.

Rig Veda 1.164.13
"Sun moves in its Orbit which itself is moving. Earth and other bodies move around sun due to force of attraction, because sun is heavier than them.

so as they are written by bhaman's the missionarys will say "we dont believe earth revolves around sun" because its written by bhaman

stop this bhaman phobia .

    • yeh it's true, we shouldn't be lazy and need to learn jhatka shikaar. It doesn't help some of grew up in surrounding areas like Slough and Southall where everyone thought it was super bad for amrit dharis to eat meat, and they were following Sant babas and jathas, and instead the Singhs should have been normalising jhatka just like the recent world war soldiers did. We are trying to rectifiy this and khalsa should learn jhatka.  But I am just writing about bhog for those that are still learning rehit. As I explained, there are all these negative influences in the panth that talk against rehit, but this shouldn't deter us from taking khanda pahul, no matter what level of rehit we are!
    • How is it going to help? The link is of a Sikh hunter. Fine, but what good does that do the lazy Sikh who ate khulla maas in a restaurant? By the way, for the OP, yes, it's against rehit to eat khulla maas.
    • Yeah, Sikhs should do bhog of food they eat. But the point of bhog is to only do bhog of food which is fit to be presented to Maharaj. It's not maryada to do bhog of khulla maas and pretend it's OK to eat. It's not. Come on, bro, you should know better than to bring this Sakhi into it. Is this Sikh in the restaurant accompanied by Guru Gobind Singh ji? Is he fighting a dharam yudh? Or is he merely filling his belly with the nearest restaurant?  Please don't make a mockery of our puratan Singhs' sacrifices by comparing them to lazy Sikhs who eat khulla maas.
    • Seriously?? The Dhadi is trying to be cute. For those who didn't get it, he said: "Some say Maharaj killed bakras (goats). Some say he cut the heads of the Panj Piyaras. The truth is that they weren't goats. It was she-goats (ਬਕਰੀਆਂ). He jhatka'd she-goats. Not he-goats." Wow. This is possibly the stupidest thing I've ever heard in relation to Sikhi.
    • Instead of a 9 inch or larger kirpan, take a smaller kirpan and put it (without gatra) inside your smaller turban and tie the turban tightly. This keeps a kirpan on your person without interfering with the massage or alarming the masseuse. I'm not talking about a trinket but rather an actual small kirpan that fits in a sheath (you'll have to search to find one). As for ahem, "problems", you could get a male masseuse. I don't know where you are, but in most places there are professional masseuses who actually know what they are doing and can really relieve your muscle pains.
