Memorising Bani..

I think repetition is the main key and just remembrance too. Some people can memorize quicker than others just have to maintain focus and with guru ji's kirpa you'll memorize bani quicker than you realize it. Listening to Bani will help you memorize quicker too as someone already mentioned.

Thank you all, i've downloaded the app and think reading Bani in a tune cant help memorisation also knowing the arths

Maskeen ji told in his katha that to kanth bani our surat(mann da tikav) is very important which is achieved by doing mool mantar and gur mantar at amritvela   
everyday. This jaap will increase our concentration which in turn will help to listen better. Listening has been told to be very important in japji sahib. 
when we achieve to control mann through jaap then we will be able to kanth bani.

bhul chuk maaf karni je hoyi hove 

waheguru ji sareya da bhala karn

Best tip I can give how I learned. But I was doing 7 Baania for six years without fail, before I decided to do it off by heart. 

Read one verse ONLY then keep repeating it throughout the day. Go Gurudwara and do seva when you have time. Seva will help it's all connected.
