Hardcore Gym is a well established Gym facility based in Smethwick Birmingham!

The Gym has been recently taken over by two Sikh brothers Dalraj and Arjun Singh who have Health and Fitness in their blood!

We encourage all youth to take up fitness and take pride in their health and lead a better lifestyle, away from excessive drinking, smoking and general negative activities.

Hardcore Gym offer the BEST in Strength, Cardio, Free Weights, Nutrition, Supplements and Personal Training.

Our facility offers dumbells from 2kg to a massive 60kg, fixed barbells, bench presses, plate loaded equipment - we are the best equipped Gym in the area.

We have a selection of cardio machines treadmills, cross trainers, bikes and a new boxing area opening by the end of Feb 2015!! We stock a wide range of nutritional supplements most which are vegan friendly.
