I'll probably vote UKIP in the coming general election. It is the only party which I think will really stop paying obeisance to the failed experiment of multiculturalism, and unlike the rest of those appeasers and sycophants Nigel Farage is the only leader who really understands the threat that Islam poses to Western Civilization. UKIP wishes to model the UK along similar lines to the USA in that individual freedoms for citizens will also be wider.

I understand the conservatives expressed a dissatisfaction with multiculturalism as well, so I may also vote for them. I would vote for them if I were sure that they would go through with their promises, which I hate to say, I am not.

Labour voters astound me. That someone can continue to support the party which first began the privatization of the NHS, serves as host to sympathizers of paedophiles (Harriet Harman), had a hand in starting two illegal wars which have had earth-shattering consequences and caused the proliferation of terrorism worldwide, and dragged the country through the worst recession since the Second World War, beggars bloody belief. Ed Miliband inspires no confidence.

Clearly then, you haven't thought it through because that 'multiculturalism' you complain about is what lets you wear your dastar and kirpan as a religious right. The alternative is a country such as France where they officially have a national policy against multiculturalism, i.e everyone, regardless of race, must act like the French.

You are conflating culture with religion. The two are entirely different.

Multiculturalism, though it may have started with the intention of bringing about pluralism, has simply become an excuse for offense-taking and political correctness. A tragic irony we have had to watch unfold across the years is how the plural has become more and more singular. Diversity quotas are set in the workplace where the only criterion that should differentiate prospective applicants is their ability. Multiculturalism and obeisance to it is what leaves certain individuals unopposed to the practices of certain cultures such as female genital mutilation and forced marriage.

I am in favour of freedom of belief, and freedom of religious practice. The mandate to wear kirpans is a religious one, not a cultural one. But I also believe, quite strongly, that any aspect of any culture which is hostile to secular British values should not be tolerated in Britain.

I feel that UKIP will definitely make an impact in this year's election. They will take the white middle class vote away from the tories and the white working class labour vote.

At the moment they look like a one topic party which is anti-EU anti-immigration and they would need to be more three dimensional and cover more issues than is presently seen.

I do not know what their longetivity will be like as people will vote for them as a protest vote against LibLabCon. I will suspect that if their popularity grows, the main parties will begin to adopt their policies particularly if the big three begin to lose seats.

I personally have no issue with immigration per se, but I do feel that there has been a huge increase in population in the last decade and a half and a lot of resources are stretched since the powers that be have not kept up with infrastructural requirements needed to cope with a larger population.

My opinion is that multiculturalism works for the most part. The issue with multiculturism is that there are particular left leaning guardian/channel 4 types is hand in glove with cultural values of a particular middle eastern desert ideology that wants to impose their values on everyone else.

The more farsighted elder Sikhs saw the writing on the wall 15-20 years ago. The mainstream white population and the establishment is only now beginning to notice.

I agree with As khalsa and disagree with jagsaw aka WSL. multiculturalism was ok till the late 80s. It's now been replaced with en mass immigration, 3rd world getthoization of big cities like London, Birmingham, Manchester

. we also have islamition of the UK. if Ukip oppose any of these they will be popular. multiculturalism can work only in moderation and if those people who call us kaffir are excluded as they are against multiculturalism.

The Tories under Thatcher supported Indira Gandhi in her Genocide plans , so would not vote for them. Labour stayed quite so need to prove themselves to the Sikhs.

^ tories tell us that on few party members knew bout involvement In blue star. These tories are not in the party anymore or have died. Cameron did go to jallawalibagh and apologised something no one done. Like I said Ukip is a good shout. Labour lack everything needed to run a country, old labour like Blair straw and Co were good not this lot
