Admin can create a private section that only registered users of this forum can view. This will force spy agents to register on this site if they want to read our comments on private section. If they do end up registering, then Admin then can track their IP address and we can sort of get an idea which user on this site is a spy or not.

Very naive thinking. Look into Edward Snowdons leaks. Spy agencies have direct access to ISP fibre networks. They have the capability to snoop on anything they want , break encryptions etc etc. They won't need to register on forums to see the content.

Vpns are not secure either. The vpn providers keep logs of connections using their services. They will hand these over to authorities if they are put under pressure, they will be legally obliged to.

Something like TOR is a better bet, with sensible browsing habits. And using a more secure operating system then windows.

They mostly looking for BKI supporters and other related organizations but still be careful what you say because then they might put you onn their terror watch list.
