Not limited to Sheperds Bush. Alice Way Hounslow Gurdwara frequently holds interfaith marriages. These committees are consumed and blinded by Maya.

It is no co-incidence that both Hounslow and the Central Gurdwara (which, btw hasn't been in 'Shepherds Bush' since the late 1960's despite the name) has committees heavily made up of urban Delhi-ite Sikhs. Hounslow, is by far, the worst. They might as well double up as an official Indian Consulate for West London.

The trouble here is that there's no come-back. There's nothing for the Gurdwaras to be afraid of. It works like this:

1. They deliberately organise marriages of Sikh girls to non-Sikhs, including Muslims
2. Then they wait and see if anything happens.
3. If nobody notices, the wedding goes ahead.
4. If Sikhs do start to notice, the Gurdwara simply call it off.
5. And thats it.
6. The end of the matter.
7. No come-back. No punishment.
8. And because there's no come-back they do it again when another family come to arrange a wedding date there.
9. And then we start all over again from point #2 onwards.

why the hell would this Gurdwara even consider doing this wedding? These people are outside of sikhi if they think this is ok and lets not even begin to talk about the girl and her family. this is worse then rss because our own people are selling us out

Each Gurdwara marriage bureau should have the Akaal Takht hukamnama regarding these types of marriages posted on their walls.

Other than the SGPC or Akal Takht, does there need to be some kind of body in the UK, a Gurdwara watchdog so to speak that monitors and audits each Gurdwara to ensure that they are not conducting any form of beadbi.

This body needs to be incorruptible and unbribable as much as possible. It would uninfiltratable as possible so that it cannot be subverted.

If a Gurdwara committee is found guilty then they should be fined because the only pain they feel is in the pocket. The committee members need to be named and shamed, blacklisted if needed. They must be accountable and it needs to be made public because the worst thing these crooks fear is being exposed.

Oh you poor souls. I pray that one day you wake up and realise your investment in misinterpreted 'terms and conditions' was founded in ignorance and self hate. If you all started to love yourselves just a tiny bit more, the hole you so desperately seek to fill within yourselves might start to shrink.
