Hypothetical New Sikh Sect That Accepts Homosexuality

Hair is not kept because of keeping vaheguru natural design.

If not for that, what then?

And say, hypothetically, that everyone does conquer the very instincts that compel us towards sex. Everybody undergoes a mystical apotheosis and loses all desire for it. The species would come to an end. Humanity would die out.

Who would be there to stop the dust from gathering on top of our Satguru Sri Guru Granth Sahib, in their empty and dishevelled Guru Ghars, fallen into disrepair and given over to the dominion of vines and animals?

The sexual instinct is not anathema. The sexual instinct is not equal to lust. It is necessary for the persistence of humankind, and the survival of the Sikh Dharam on Earth.

Another question is would the panj pyare give Amrit to a homosexual? Or would the panj pyare not allow that person?

In my opinion we have no right to ban anybody from taking Amrit if they follow the basics of sikhi.

This isn't about Amrit it's about marriage, let's say someone used to watch porn, when they go to Guru Sahib for Amrit they are no longer a slave to lust, rather of Guru Sahib.

I thought I already asked you questions on my your natural thing was wrong, the admin is just being politically correct by not banning you yet. You support instinct only whenever it supports your gay agenda, if you really want to marry a man do it at a church or a government court and not bring your blasphemy to Guru Sahib, you make a mockery of everything of not what I say, but Guru Nanak Dev Ji, not my nindak but Guru Sahib's. If your going to disobey Rehat and Gurbani so much just be another religion.

I always thought hell was an Abrahamic construct. Didn't realise it existed in Sikhi too.

There's not 1 hell but millions in Sikhi, (of course I'm not sure what it's like), because the Sikh Vaheguru is bigger than that man: Jesus.

I was wondering, if a group of liberal Sikhs decided to form a new Sikh sect and call it Sikhism reformed and allowed behaviors such as homosexuality etc, how would the wider Sikh community react?

Sikhs wouldnt care as theres already a group of that claim to be gay sikhs but most mainstream Sikhs just ignore them because they we all know what they get up (drinking, sleeping around, drug abuse, passing STI's HIV around, etc). They basically atheist punjabis who want to feel they belong to a religious community.

You can be homosexual punjabi thats your right but you cant be a real Sikh at the same time as these are 2 different lifestyles. Homosexuality is not really a biological DNA thing like race/skin colour/ethnicity is. Homosexuality is a taught and learned behaviour. There is some evidence to suggest homosexuals are born more attracted to the same gender due to hormonal changes of the their mothers pre-birth. But it doesn't mean a homosexual cant life a straight heterosexual life nor a heterosexual live a homosexual life as these are sexual lifestyle choices. There are many videos on youtube of former homosexuals so people can choice to be one or not. The gay lobby will lie to the world making the argument that homosexuality is like skin colour /race which is highly offensive as homosexual white folk will never understand what it would be like to be a person of colour and denied equality as they can hide their homosexuality but if your of a different skin colour you cant hide your race.

In sikh scriptures and traditions/culture homosexuals are not mentioned therefore there is a general attitude amoung punjabis / Sikh of live and let live as long as they keep that kinda stuff behind closed doors thats there own business what they do in the bedroom dont need to let the world know. Only homosexual activity, their lust would be considered a sin, a vice. And also homosexual relationships are not to be encouraged either by the faith if we want our demographics to increase rather then equalise or decrease.

Balkaar is a top poster, far more intelligent than you mate.

top poster? I have 3 times more posts, I do admit that I may be less intelligent on some topics than Balkaar but that doesn't mean that some of the stuff he says should stay on this forum, he failed to logically answer my first questions as with AkalFauj. Only Guru Sahib can bless one with any true knowledge.

Why such hatred for any and all manifestations of attraction? Do you have a wife? Is she not attracted to you? If not, I can't say I blame her, you do seem determined to be as cold and unappealing as the realms of possibility will allow you to be.

Ban me? For expressing a view? I should imagine accusing people of being homosexuals on no grounds whatsoever is the sort of juvenile and slanderous behavior that merits removal from a forum for adults.

Show me the rehitnama or a tuk from Guru Sahib's rasna which explicitly says that homosexuality is a sin. Only then will I change my mind. Until such a time as this evidence materializes, I'll dismiss all your pretensions to be speaking on behalf of Guru Sahib.

- I'm straight by the way.

he failed to logically answer my first questions as with AkalFauj.

What questions are these exactly?
