Dear Sadh Sangat Jee

I have a problem, for the pass year I have been tiring to do Amrit Vela, but I failing terribly at it. I just can't wake myself up and it's driving me insane. Because I'm not doing bani then I'm suffering major depression and anxiety. I was supposed to taking Amrit Tomorrow but I think that it's out of the question. Please sangat Jee help me, I can't motivate myself to do Amrit vela and I hate myself everyday I miss Amrit vela.

Please forgive me for my terrible mistakes.

Fomm worldy point of view, we have timings in this world and we do things accordingly

But in the spiritual realm whereTrue Amrit is to be had, and the one which our Guru Sahibans point us or advise us to have it...there are no such parameters as time or space.

When we have access there by His apaar kirpa, any moment there is Amrit Vela.

And there one does not depend on anything or anyone...just He and His Simran, which is the driving force to make us reach there and have as much Amrit, and as mamy times we want, because it is ultimately this Amrit which will make us pure paviter to make possible our merging in Him.

At 1am, lie on your back, look up and hold your hands together, listen to anhaad naad(ringing noise u hear when u relax) and let go and let the Samadhi take u.

Do it for at least 2.5hrs.

When u wake up in the morning, apply what u have learned in your Samadhi to your every day life and stay grounded in what u have learned during the day while living your life(because we were born to live). We live Miri and Piri
