That bibi is Bibi Kulwinder kaur, from Jummu, she did keertan several times while i was around.. Along on stage is Bhai sahib bhai Randhir Singh jee's look alike (in my opinion) , Bhai Jasbir Singh jee.. Amazing Gursikhs..
