Soccer? Not since the 80s. Football nowadays is a nice, middle class spectator sport. There's tiny factions of hardcore hooligans who try to relive the old glory days of punch-ups and alcohol fuelled brawls, but the police give them short shrift and put an end to such behaviour.

People used to die that way I hear. Thank God it was something important like soccer and not something stupid like 400 years of oppression and murder.

The way you're beginning to throw your weight around here by using pointed barbs about Mughals and Indian police to shut down discussion in the hope it upsets the Sikh confronting you, says a lot about you.
