Fauja Singh Ji is extremely elderly, running marathons and has the energy of 10 men. He wasn't insinuating that Tea was the key to his success. His point was that drinking tea in moderation clearly didn't impair his abilities in the slightest.

I used to work with a gorey who would get unstable like a drunk from a cup of tea ...strange to see but it does affect people badly sometimes
