"Panjab Update: Successful Operation ! Beant Singh, who was shot by the police in Panjab during the peaceful protest on Wednesday was operated on today. The initial operation was successful, 2-3 further operations are required. Khalsa Aid has arranged a private hospital for Beant Singh. Khalsa Aid is funding the full medical treatment. We are NOT appealing for funds. We will keep you updated. Please continue to pray for him.   Thanks for this. It combines the four approved sources (Guru Granth Sahib ji, Dasam Granth Sahib, Bhai Gurdas ji (both Vaar and Kabitt), and Bhai Nand Lal ji in one place. The English translation is the Sant Singh Khalsa and the Punjabi is the Principal Sahib Singh. These aren't that great, but at least they are better than some even worse ones floating around these days.
