Badal's reign of terror over the last 3 months:

-Over a dozen cases of beadbi of Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.

-Arresting all sikh leaders which are not agents of the CBI or RSS.

-Placing other prominent sikh leaders under house arrest.

The police under his control use severe torture methods as can be seen from the interview of the two brothers who were recently arrested under false charges but then released. Now he has arrested all the Panthic Singhs to further intimidate Sikhs in Punjab. Badal should have been excommunicated by the Sarbat Khalsa.
