The players are all built like tanks so there are physical benefits to it.

I know this topic has been addressed before (see here) but I was wondering if anyone has anymore knowledge to share about the 4 yugs. I was wondering how this would fit with modern day science. If anyone also has any videos or books on this subject, please share 🙃 Bhul Chuk Maaf 🙏

Yeah Krishna was really dark, Shyam. 

But then we also believe in the yug system! I'm sure bani also says God has made the world again and again, and then destroyed it, and then made it again?  So who knows which yug or time period these devi devte belonged to.  I'm sure one of Vishnus avtars came after a huge deluge, where only Manu and a few Kings were saved.  Makes the worship of these devi devte sound even more pointless, doesn't it. 

They were Indian but color IDK. Guru ji says they are born in India though Shiva in old painting is shown more white where Krishna is shown as black.
