surely that is actually degrading the security of the parkarma for the future , since when has any human been treated as better than anyone else including Guru ji that warrants building an atrium besides it will be a huge expense airconditioning 24/7 on golak money for a handful of nautankwaley

No, Im not too familiar of the details myself, but I think they want to replace a bit of the parkarma wall/buildings with glass wall. Id assume itd be appox 30 or so meters.

Sorry I'm not sure what it commemorates or what's written as I can't read Urdu. I was hoping somebody would enlightnment on it.

It's on the marble floor on left of Dukh Bhanjani Beri ji.
