Why would a Sehajdhari wish to involve him or herself in matters of orthodoxy, anyway? If the religion they professed to follow was genuinely close to their heart, surely they'd make the transition from Sehajdhari to Amritdhari?

I agree; however, if after the 2015 Sarbat Khalsa, if we still believe that SGPC is beneficial to our Panth, we probably won't be going anywhere soon. (I don't believe that Sehajdharis or Keshdharis should be voting in situations for the entire Panth either way).
