Constant Headaches From Heavy Hair And Dastaar

Bhenji, what happens when you tie yout joora really loose and dastaar really loose? Headache or no? Smaller dastaar vs bigger dastaar? Trying to see if either tightness or looseness or weight of dastaar are contributing to this (was not mentioned in original post).

I have an issue if there is a pressure point in the dastaar where a lot of larrhs are accumulated and put pressure on one spot, I get a headache. Usually not a problem with Dumalla type dastaars, but just adding to the pile of potential causes.

Also, tying dastaar with wet/semi-wet hair is a recipe for headaches.

Also, if there are bibian in the area who tie dastaars, consult with them and even try to have them tie one on you to see if more comfortable and without headache.

hhmm,

if you are the type of person who gets headaches from damp hair/rain making head wet ..... you can take Belladonna 30c homeopathic remedy to sort that pain out . Have vitamin C rich foods with your leafy greens if anaemia is an issue and if taking vit D3 plus take vitamin K complex (k1 and k2) . Watch posture when working/reading as tight shoulders and neck muscles restrict bloodflow to the head causing headaches too . All the other ideas that veer and Bhen ji have given are good advice too

I've heard this once before too, but the docs don't advise it. Does the vitamin K reduce with deficiency of Vit D3. Would it be a good idea to have a vitamin K blood test, penji? I'm not sure if it's in the FBC.

I remember my previous doctor saying years ago that Vit k deficiency can have some mimicking symptoms of other conditions.

Thank you for mentioning this.

if you take d3 without sufficient k1 and k2 you will increase risk for stroke and heart attacks , another consideration is magnesium and potassium deficiencies
