In the spirit of Baba Banda Singh Bahadurs 300th Anniversary.

The originators of the first Inter Gurudwara Weight lifting competitions, USYS and Lions Gym Singh Sabha Slough.

Present the 3rd event of its kind. The bench press competition, this will also include an under 16s press up competition.

Attracting entrants, spectators and supporters from as far Manchester (North) to Southampton (South).

This year funds will be raised for Project 10000 Voices of the Forgotten.

Various stalls, exhibitions, and literature including merchandise will be available. Special guest speaker

A warm and friendly environment for all Sangat including friends and family, a great way to learn about Sikhi.

Pre-registration highly recommended (available on day as well).

6 x Weight classes, £10 donation per entrant, spectators & supporters free.

Exclusive Lions Gym Medal for everyone who enters.
