I was blessed with amrit roughly a month ago but two to three afterwards, I started indulging in lust again. I am about 16 now and started indulging in lust at around 10 to 11.

Sleep early(shut off your computer and put away your phone), eat healthy, work out, and most importantly, wake up early to do nitnem.

You're still young, just keep busy and stick to a routine. The lust will die down.

Are you referring to the lust in your mind or porn or masturbation? If you are referring to the second one, I recommend you do something else, (maybe be creative, become more fit, watch a Gurmat movie, read a book, use technology around other people?)
