Kirpan Di Amrit?

Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh, can anyone explain to me why the idea of Kirpan Di Amrit started? It seems like manmat since Guru Sahib has only ever made 1 Amrit which was previously Charan Amrit and now Khandi Di Pahul?

Kirpan Amrit is given to bibiya by Budha Dal. You're better off asking real nihangs from Dal or Hazur Sahib.

According to my understanding, kirpan amrit is ONLY for hindu bibiyan who marry Nihang Singhs from Hazur Sahib.

Sikh bibiyan shud be given khande di pahul in the same way as Singhs are given.

kirpan amrit was started by Dasmesh Pita at Hazur Sahib. Kirpan amrit is given to a non-sikh bibi who is ready to marry a Sikh and is ready to raise the children as sikhs.

This seems to be a double standard as Mata Bhaag kaur had Khande di pahul but now someone is claiming that any outsider who wants to become sikh/khalsa can get away with what Dam Dami Taksal and SRM refer to as part of janam rehit choola for new mum and babe. . I have doubts that just having a lesser amrit sanskar would be enough as they would test muslims men by feeding nonhalal/haram food before giving pahul
